Tenth Friday Night

Come worship, learn, and share a meal with fellow young adults as we consider how God intends for us to deal with our anxiety. Dinner provided.

 

 



TCN Fall Hayride

Join Tenth Young Adults for a fall hayride and pumpkin picking adventure at Mood's Farm Market, 901 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, NJ. After our trip to the pumpkin patch, we will enjoy a sweet time of fellowship over fresh apple cider and donuts. This event is free but feel free to bring your own money for the farm market or participate in the corn maze. (The only cost is the $6 bridge toll on the way back from NJ to PA.) 

Drivers are needed to transport people from Tenth to and from Mood's Farm Market. Indicate if you can drive people when you register.

– 8:45am: Meet outside of the Delancey Street Lobby

– 9:00am: Depart from Tenth

– 10:00-11am: Hayride, Pumpkin Picking, Apple Cider & Donuts, Group Picture

– 11am-12pm: Free Time (corn maze, check out the Farmer's Market)

– 12:15pm: Depart for Tenth

– 1:00pm – Return to Tenth



Tenth Youth Orchestra

Be part of a unique orchestra program!

Tenth Youth Orchestra is a wonderful opportunity for string players, ages 8 to 18 to rehearse and perform together at Tenth Presbyterian Church. Any interested students from Tenth Church as well as student players from the surrounding community are welcome to join. There is no charge for participation in this orchestra however regular attendance for rehearsals and performances is expected as much as is possible.

Performance opportunities include informal recitals and occasional opportunities to play for services at historic Tenth Presbyterian Church.

Overview

  • Violin, Viola, Cello and Bass players with good note reading ability at an intermediate to advanced level are encouraged to join.
  • Music chosen will accommodate the different levels of the participants, using standard classical repertoire and hymn arrangements as well as lighter styles.
  • Rehearsals will take place in Reception Hall at Tenth Presbyterian Church every Sunday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, beginning Sunday, September 28. (Registration is required.)

Director

Mrs. Judy Harvey is a certified music teacher with a masters’ degree in education. She has been teaching strings, both privately and in school contexts, for over 30 years. Recently retired as strings teacher in Cheltenham Township School District, she currently runs an after-school string program at St. Mark’s Classical Academy in Jenkintown.

Logos & Life: Seeing the World Through the Word

This four-year course equips college students to view all of life through the lens of God’s Word. By God’s wisdom revealed in Scripture, students learn to see true reality (Psalm 36:9). You will gain a comprehensive overview of the Old and New Testaments, Christian ethics, church history, theology, and more, understanding that all Scripture is authoritative and profitable for every human endeavor (2 Timothy 3:16–17). The goal is to grow in the mind of Christ and live in His maturity in every sphere of life (Colossians 1:28).



Winter 2026 Youth Retreat

Join us for the Maranatha Youth Winter Retreat at Camp Sankanac on February 13-15. The Retreat is open to any 6th-12th graders and we are looking forward to enjoying some great games, conversations, and time together!

SCHEDULE:

  • DROP OFF: February 13 at 6pm, 1710 Spruce, 1 Rear for dinner.
  • PICK-UP: February 15 between 12:30pm-1:00pm at Tenth. 
  • COST: $155 – discounts available!


College Retreat

Join Tenth College Fellowship on February 13–15 for our Winter Retreat in central PA. Our topic will be Rebels, Rule-Keepers, and the Father's Love. In Jesus’ famous parable from Luke 15, both the prodigal and the elder brother are lost in different way, but the Father pursues them both. During the weekend, we will uncover together the gospel’s power to rescue from open rebellion and hidden pride. It will be a weekend of deep spiritual growth and rich fellowship.

All undergraduate students and college-aged individuals are welcome to register.

SCHEDULE:

  • Friday, February 13 – 3:00 PM – Depart Tenth
  • Sunday, February 15 – 5:00 PM – Return to Tenth

ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • Separate male and female lodgings
  • COST: $70 – for food and rooming

Registration limits are 20 men and 20 women. No early / late registration price change. Registration will close the day of the Retreat. You will have the option of purchasing TCF Swag.
