Business Director

The Business Director is responsible for the financial leadership and stewardship of the church, ensuring strong financial systems, accurate reporting, financial integrity, operational excellence, and sound resource management in support of Tenth’s mission and long-term sustainability. This role has primary responsibility for all financial operations, reporting, and stewardship of church resources.

The Business Director reports to the Executive Minister.

Head of Reception

The Head of Reception oversees the front-of-house experience of the church, ensuring that all visitors, members, and guests are welcomed warmly and that day-to-day administrative and facility-related interactions are handled smoothly and efficiently.

This role serves as the central point of contact for the church’s physical and administrative “front door,” supporting communication, coordination, and overall operational flow.

The Head of Reception reports to the Executive Minister.

Preschool Assistant Teacher

The Preschool Assistant Teacher is responsible for helping the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing a safe and developmentally appropriate preschool program under the guidance of the Preschool Director. This is a part-time non-exempt position two to five mornings a week while school is in session (September to June).

The position is for the 2026/2027 school year.

Facilities Director

The Facilities Director supports the mission of the church by ensuring that the Tenth campus buildings are well-maintained, clean and ready for weekly services, special services and ministry events, as well as effective use by the church’s staff. The Facilities Director does this by properly managing the sexton staff, monitoring the general condition of the church properties, ensuring the campus is always secure, and planning/overseeing all maintenance and repair work. The Facilities Director is directly responsible to the Executive Minister in the performance of these duties.

Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a safe and developmentally appropriate preschool program under the guidance of the preschool director. This is a part-time exempt position five mornings a week while school is in session (September to June).

The position is for the 2026/2027 school year.
