A Special Meeting of the Congregation of Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is called for Friday, May 16, 2025 for the purpose of electing a Pulpit Committee to search for a Senior Pastor, and to hear a report from the Leadership Development Committee. The meeting will be held in the Sanctuary at 7pm.

For the pulpit committee, on the slate of nominees as a teaching elder is Rev. Colin Howland. On the slate of nominees from the session are Mike Miller and Scott Sweeney, ruling elders nominated by the session. On the slate of nominees from the diaconate are Nate Fletcher and Susanna (Linton) Paul. On the slate of members-at large nominees from the congregation are Michelle Bennett, Darv Dombach, Nadim El Jamal, Gene Fleming, Elizabeth Gunther, Michel Hatem, Jake Hobaugh, Pam Nothacker, Travers Oliver, Katharine Savage, Marianne Swain, Jeffrey Thompson, Susie Uy, and Suzannah Waddington.

Short statements from all nominees will be made available on about Monday, May 5, 2025. This should help to inform the members’ voting decisions. Please also note that any objections by any member of the church to the qualifications of a nominee selected by the Nominating Committee must be raised to the Nominating Committee at least 3 days before the congregational meeting.
