Hello! My name is Lisa, my husband Martin and I live in a large multi-family colonial home in Mt Airy, Philadelphia with our five kids and a lovely married Christian couple on the third floor. Our home is spacious with a huge backyard, garden, hammock, fire pit, patio, and plenty of parking.

We now have a guest suite available! It’s a suite with a private bedroom, private office, private full bathroom, and has its own entrance and exit. ??

The kitchen and laundry are shared with our family, but both are huge and spacious. You’d have your own entire kitchen wing, with a full row of cabinets and your own sink.

This guest suite is available as soon as June 1st, but we are open to any summer move-in date. Thank you for your time and passing this info to any interested women in your community!

The entire suite can either come furnished or unfurnished, and the lease can either be month-to-month or 1 year. Rent price is negotiable depending on these factors.
