Female Christian Roommate Wanted

By / Feb 13

Hello, I am moving to Philadelphia in May for grad school. I am looking for a room in an apartment or house with 1-2 Christian female roommates. I need a room within $800 including utilities and within a 15-20 min commute to Center City via public transportation. As a roommate, I am clean, quiet, and friendly. I have a sociable but rather particular cat who will be moving with me, so I can’t live with any other pets. If you are looking for a roommate or just have a connection that could be helpful, please reach out! Thanks, Zoe.

Also, if anyone has a lead on a 1 bedroom/studio they need to rent out near this neighborhood I would also consider. Thank you in advance! Feel free to shoot me an email or text.

I’m a member of Redemption City Church, so I don’t attend 10th. Thanks in advance!

Looking for a Christian Female Roommate

By / Jan 10

Hello! I am looking to move into Montgomery Court Apartments in July of 2020. Montgomery Court is in Narberth. It has a gym, laundry, dishwasher, and parking. Because it is located outside the city, parking and car insurance is cheaper than it would be in the city. The 2 bedroom apartment is 1021 square feet and is currently $1535, which is $768 per person. Pets are allowed, but there is a pet fee. The room is available May 14th. I am a Christian at Lafayette College and I am looking to join a faithful church. Message me if you are interested. The commute from Narbeth to Center City is very close, as the train station is right by Montgomery Courts.

Looking for a Roommate in Manayunk

By / Dec 29

I am moving to Philadelphia in July to start a new job in Center City. I am looking to join a faithful church and feel that 10th Presbyterian is the kind of church I am looking for based on what I saw on the website. I would like to join and get involved in the church, and I also hope to find strong fellowship community in Philadelphia.

I am hoping to live with a Christian roommate, and I am looking into Manayunk Garden Apartments. The cost of a two bedroom unit that I am looking at is $1,150 ($575 per person). Photographs of the apartment are shown below.

I am an early riser, as I have to start my job at 7 am most days. I do not have any pets, and I do not smoke or drink. I would prefer no smokers, as well. Please respond to this post if interested in rooming. Have a Happy New Year.

Looking for a female Christian roommate to share home!

By / Nov 17

I am a 42 yo. single female who is in full-time ministry.
I recently bought a completely renovated home in the Northwood/Frankford neighborhood of the city (Lower North East)

The bedroom is 13×13 and my roommate would have her own bathroom (only to be shared if there were guests in the house).

There is free street parking; 7 minute walk to Arrott Transportation Center (Market-Frankford line) and 30 minute train ride to center city; 15 minute drive to 95; two minute drive to Route 1(Roosevelt Blvd).

The cost would $650 plus splitting the cost of utilities (electric, gas, water and internet).

I have a medium sized dog, so someone who likes dogs is a must.
