Global Outreach Conference

Join us as we consider bringing Christ to our neighborhoods and around the world, but with particular attention to those without access to the good news.

Sunday, October 29 

Flag Parade:  Both Morning Worship services. Kids in fourth grade and above can sign up here to carry a flag.

GO Conference Lunch: 12:30 – 2pm in Fellowship Hall 

BJ and Robyn Flenner have been reaching out to international students in Philadelphia with the gospel for over 10 years and will be sharing about their ministry and the impact international student ministry has around the world.

Wednesday, November 1 

Virtual Partner Update: 6:30 – 7:30pm

Hear from E&T in the Middle East virtually. E is a Bible translator who helped finish the New Testament in the local language.  Now he and his team are translating the Old Testament.  T works with local women while homeschooling their children.  

If interested in joining, please contact Rev. John, the Global Outreach Pastor.  Due to the sensitive nature of the Middle East, participants must be vetted by John.

Thursday, November 2 

Partners’ Night: 6:30 – 8:30pm in Fellowship Hall.  A light dinner will be served. 

N. serves in the Mediterranean Region.   After six years in North Africa, N&L transitioned to southern Spain to serve as Area Directors for their organization’s work in the Mediterranean Region, which includes North Africa, the Middle East, and Spain.  In Spain, they currently work with a church plant among an immigrant heavy population, as well as travel regularly to encourage and support the teams they oversee throughout this rich and diverse region.  They have one daughter who is in high school. 

Rev. Tim Geiger is the Executive Director of Children’s Jubilee Fund.  Children’s Jubilee Fund provides K-12 scholarships for low-income, city-based students to attend Christian schools in the Philadelphia area and actively works to provide students and their families with academic, social, and spiritual opportunities that can help provide a way out of poverty and hopelessness.

Saturday, November 4 

Session One: 3 – 4pm in Fellowship Hall  

Harold and Becky served in Turkey for 30 years and now serve with their sending organization whose major purpose is to plant indigenous churches among least reached people groups.  They will be sharing about Turkey, how this unreached country has changed over the past three decades, and also about their current role as member care facilitators to other global partners among the unreached.

Session Two:  4:30 – 5:30pm in Fellowship Hall

International Banquet:  6:00 – 8:00 in Fellowship Hall.    

Dr. Lloyd Kim, our main conference speaker, is the Coordinator (President) of Mission to the World (MTW), the global missions arm of the PCA.  He is a former PCA pastor and a former missionary with MTW in the Philippines and Cambodia.  Dr. Kim will be speaking on reaching the unreached, especially in Southeast Asia. 

MK, director of a non-profit that reaches out to North Korea, will briefly share about the current situation in North Korea and North Korean refugees in the US. 

A Korean meal will be served.
