The townhome is in a great location and is an 11 minute walk to the Wissahickon Station, a 3 minute walk from the Vicaris Street Trailhead in the Wissahickon, and a 25 minute walk to both Roxborough and Manayunk Main Streets.

The home has 4 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, gas stovetop, hardwood floors, laundry, a garage for storage and weight set, a small backyard with a firepit, and a deck with a grill. It also has free street parking and a driveway for 2 cars.

I go to Grace and Peace PCA on Washington Street, and come to Tenth’s Evening Service when I can. I’m looking for a room, or another gal to find a house together for early/mid October.

I’m a pretty quiet room-mate. I do enjoy having people over for board game nights, etc. but am not much of a party animal. I do have a cat, who is older and can just stay in my room. I appreciate open communication and clean spaces. I’m happy to become friends with my room-mates, but am happy to go with the flow as well.
