The housemate part is easy to describe: an individual who, rent free would have the run of a big old house on a quiet Germantown Street almost adjacent to the Wissahickon and to the Septa Station.

The helper part is much harder to define. The helper,in exchange for a liberal salary would perform various tasks such as driving, cooking or odd jobs. The parameters of these jobs would be spelled out in detail.All final arrangements would be mutually agreed upon.
