My place is in a gated community at Liberties West Apartments at 7th and Fairmount and is a two bedroom apartment. The rent for the possible roommate would be $755 per month. Water and heat are covered by landlord. Other utilities not included in rent, but I’d be happy to give estimates I’ve received from other current residents. The gated community includes a gorgeous greenspace with many trees. I will have a cat there some of the time. He’s 18, very sweet, and keeps to himself. 🙂 I’ll be starting a masters part time at Drexel, and my move in date is Sept. 1.

I have many friends who have attended Tenth and was made aware of your page through a dear friend who runs Philly Cru. I have been teaching at a classical Christian school in Lancaster county for the last four years and look forward to moving to Philly very soon!
