Hi there! I am a Christian female looking for a roommate for a 3Bed3bath home around the Temple University/fishtown area.

I work a busy hybrid schedule so I am preferably looking for a female who wants a quiet home and will take equal responsibility keeping the place clean and homely. You will have a room and a bathroom to yourself and a second room as a shared office space. Your room has two large wardrobes, can take a kings bed with lots of room for small pieces of furniture. It also has a washer and dryer, a large kitchen and living area and a large backyard to share.

Rent is $1100/person, plus utilities and WiFi which we split two ways each month. Room is available for move in immediately and would be month to month until April with the possibility of signing a new lease and extending. Please contact me if you are interested or have questions.
