The bedroom is 13×13 and my roommate would have her own bathroom only to be shared if there were guests in the house.  

There is a deck and small backyard. There is free street parking; 7 minute walk to Arrott Transportation Center (Market-Frankford line) and 30 minute train ride to center city; 15 minute drive to 95; two minute drive to Route 1(Roosevelt Blvd). 

I am looking for $650 plus sharing utilities. Someone who is ok with dogs and is ok with this home being used for ministry weekly. Email for pictures. Available February 1 or earlier if interested.
