I am looking for someone to take over my end of the lease of my West Philly apartment! I recently married and moved in with my husband close by. The apartment comes with a roommate. She is an international student at the University of Pennsylvania from Iran named Armaghan and she is so lovely and sweet. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, in a lovely building. You would take the bedroom that connects to the kitchen. There is a washer and dryer in the basement which you have direct access to from the apartment. There is also and enclosed patio that is available as well. The only utility you would be responsible for is electric, and you would need to find an internet provider. Rent is $620 a month due on the 1st of each month. The apartment was recently deep cleaned by my wonderful mother in law! Please contact me if you are interested! Thank you!
