This past month, Session met for a Vision Retreat on July 10–11 and held its stated meeting on July 28. During the retreat, Jonny led Session through his 12-point vision for Tenth and shared his encouragement at the Session’s unity and spirit (Psalm 133). At the Stated meeting, in addition to receiving a ministry update from Kelci, Session approved a new Adult Bible School curriculum, the Sunday evening service time change (from 6:30pm to 5:30pm), and the hiring of three staff members: Aaron Jones (member) as Business Director, Carlos Medina as Facilities Director, and Carolynne Waddington as Head of Reception.
We are grateful to the Lord for providing these three outstanding candidates! Please continue to pray for the Session, Diaconate, staff, and ministries of Tenth as we labor together for the glory of Christ and the good of His church.
