Sidewalk Construction Now Underway

by May 29, 2017

The PECO project to install several new underground transformers under the Spruce Street sidewalk outside the main entrance of our church is now underway.

The hole now extends almost the enter length of our main front steps. For Spruce Street access on Sunday, there will be a narrow area both on the 17th Street side of the main steps and also in front of the corner sermon bulletin board.

The handicap alley entrance will be open and handicap parking will be available on Spruce Street. People are encouraged to use the Delancey Street entrance, as well as the 17th and 18th Street* side doors.

With good weather, the work is projected to be finished by June 23.
