This year, Tenth's annual Reformation Service concludes a month-long sermon series entitled "Ethnicity, Arrogance and the Call of Christ." Following the Reformers' slogan of Sola Scriptura, we trust that God's Word is the only source which can both expose and heal the racial divide which exists in our culture and in our own hearts.
Dr. Sean Lucas from Independent Presbyterian Church in Memphis will challenge us with a message from God's Word. Westminster Brass will lead us in joyful congregational singing, and the Tenth Choir will offer several anthems appropriate to the occasion, including Mendelssohn's "Hear My Prayer" and the beautiful spiritual "There Is a Balm in Gilead."
