Part-Time and Full-Time Hours Available

We are looking to hire an experienced, dependable construction/maintenance worker for apartment turnovers and general property maintenance throughout Philadelphia, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time work after the probationary period.

Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the following areas:

Light plumbing – including diverters, shut-off valves, and small drain repairs

Sheetrock/drywall – including spackling, patching, skim coating, and general wall repair

Painting – interior and exterior

Demo/Cleanout – willingness to demo and clean out units, and haul trash

Carpentry – flooring and molding
Pay Structure:

Starting rate is $200 per day for the first week.

If you demonstrate that you have the required experience and can perform the work properly, the rate will increase to $225 per day the following week.

After approximately 4 weeks, dependable workers who consistently show up, complete the work, and demonstrate the necessary skill level may be increased to $250 per day.

We pay a day rate per individual worker. We are looking for an individual who wants steady work and an opportunity to grow with us — not a large painting or contracting company looking to send out a crew.

Most of the work involves apartment turnovers and maintenance work orders – including painting, drywall repairs, patching, light plumbing, and general maintenance. Some work may also take place in occupied units, so professionalism and respect for tenants are required.
