The Assistant Camp & Program Director at PIMF will assist in the Festival Director in the planning, coordination, and daily operations of the Philadelphia International Music Festival’s upcoming summer season (2026). This role is responsible for helping to: manage staff, supervise student experiences, coordinate music and recreational activities, ensure camper safety and well-being, and maintain strong communication with families, faculty, and partner organizations. The Assistant Director will also support program development, scheduling, logistics, and event execution to create a positive, enriching, and professionally run festival environment for young musicians from around the world.

Applicants must have a strong background in camp management, education or team management, love music, and be available on the following dates:
Remote work from now through June 16 (approximately 10 – 15 hours, very flexible), and on-site at the Valley Forge Military College in Wayne, PA, from June 17 – July 3 and from July 16 – July 31. Both resident and commuting positions are available.
