The 2026 Global Outreach Conference, The Role of the Local Church in Global Missions: Answering the Call, opens Friday evening with guest speaker Rev. Sugel Michelén, pastor of Iglesia Bíblica del Señor Jesucristo in the Dominican Republic, who has partnered with The Gospel Coalition and Ligonier Ministries.
