For anyone interested, this Wednesday (12/4) Tenth deaconess and respected audiologist Maxine Young will be interviewed by Charlotte Cosden on Be My Guest (radio station WVCH 740 AM) from 3-3:30 PM. The show will feature a discussion about the role of audiologists and speech pathologists when working with communicatively challenged children and adults and ways they can be helped. You can visit Maxine’s website here.

Parish 6 member David Hanrahan was recently honored as one of the area’s 25 most respected names in business.

Tenth member Kathleen Brewer-Smyth was awarded the 2013 Doctorate-Prepared Researcher Role by the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses.

Congratulations to all three! It’s wonderful to see Christians bring glory to God as they strive for excellence in their respective fields.
