Other Sunday Events
- All children age 3–grade 6 are invited to attend Rally Day at 9:00 AM in Fellowship Hall (not in regular classrooms). Parents may attend this event with their children and can meet the Bible School teachers following a presentation by Bill Kerwood, who will entertain and challenge the kids.
- Children’s music ministry at Tenth starts again this month! Praisemakers (ages 4–5) meets during the last half of the 11:00 service (parents should escort their children as indicated in the order of worship). Schola Cantorum (grades 1–6) will begin Sunday evenings later in September, 6:00–7:40 PM, at 315 17th Street. Register for both in Reception Hall after morning services on September 7 (today), 14, or 21.
- Tenth College Fellowship’s metro large group begins today at 1716 Spruce Street, 4th floor. Come for donuts and coffee at 9:00 AM and discussion of Romans at 9:30.
- Praisemakers, for ages 4–5, and CLICK, for grades 1–2, begin today during the 11:00 service.
- The Place of Refuge offers counseling services inNorth Philadelphia. Come hear their co-founder and director, Elizabeth Hernandez, speak at Medical Campus Outreach’s lunch today, 12:45–2:00 PM, in Fellowship Hall.
- A Tenth College Fellowship lunch will be held in the Catacombs after the 11:00 service today and next week. All college students are welcome. Visit the TCF information table on the front portico after either morning service.
- Join Tenth City Network (20s & 30s) for lunch at a local restaurant and meet people who live near you. Look for people holding signs on the Spruce Street sidewalk after the 11 AM service.
- Join us this evening as we install Dr. Jerry McFarland as Senior Associate Minister as part of evening worship. A reception will follow.
