Sunday Events

  • Please pick up your offering envelopes in Reception Hall today.
  • This Sunday, all Adult Bible School classes meet in Fellowship Hall at 9 AM for our quarterly Day of Prayer. Please come and pray for our church and for its ministry.
  • We celebrate communion at morning worship services this Sunday.  Members, please use a welcome card to record your participation. 
  • Tenth College Fellowship meets in 1710 Spruce, large conference room, 9:30 AM, for coffee, donuts, conversation, and study of Romans.
  • Internationals Outreach meets for worship on Sundays at 11AM  in Fellowship Hall. Contact Enrique at eleal@tenth.org with questions. 
  • Parish 5 is having its annual Christmas Luncheon in the large conference room at 1710 Spruce tthis Sunday after the 11 AM service. The cost will be $8 per person or $20 per family. Please plan to bring a dessert or salad or side dish.
  • The James M. Boice Foundation for Women is holding its fourth annual benefit concert today at 2:30 PM at the Ethical Society of Philadelphia. JMB provides scholarship support for African women. Admission is free; go to jmbfoundation.squarespace.com for information.
  • Fellowship Bible Study will meet for fellowship, singing, study of the Word, and dinner with our homeless neighbors
  • The Bible School Christmas Program is at 4:30 PM this Sunday in Fellowship Hall. Children will perform instrumentals and vocals; light refreshments will be served. All are invited. 
  • Maranatha Choir’s last rehearsal is this Sunday! Youth in 6th through 12th grades are invited to come to B3 at 5:15 PM. We have been learning Christmas songs to sing on December 10. Contact Eleanor Bracey for details at ebracey@tenth.org.
  • Tenth Children’s Music begins at 6:10 PM. Contact Joseph Waggoner at jwaggoner@tenth.org. Tenth Children’s Music begins at 6:10 PM. 
  • This Sunday’s 12:30 Prayer Intercessors in the Catacombs prayer rooms.
