Other Sunday Events
- Tenth College Fellowship will be going to Fairmount Park for their fall welcome picnic. Meet outside the Delancey entrance after the 11:00 service. Cars will be waiting to take students over to the park. We will be grilling and playing games.
- Come to the book signing of David Apple’s new book, Not Just a Soup Kitchen, today at 1:00 PM in Reception Hall. CLC Publications has the book for $10.
- Bridge Builders has a luncheon at 1:00 PM in Fellowship Hall East. Join us as we continue to look at the Parables of Jesus. Elder George McFarland will start with “The Seed and the Soil” from Matthew 13:1–23. A $4 donation toward lunch expenses is requested. All are welcome to come and “build bridges.”
- A Maranatha informational meeting for parents and teens, grades 7–12, will be held today at 5:00 PM in Fellowship Hall. Hear what we are about, what we will be doing this year, and meet the leaders. Light refreshments will be served.
- Schola Cantorum (grades 1–6) will begin on September 28, 6:00–7:40 PM, at 315 S. 17th Street. Register today children for Schola or Praisemakers in Reception Hall after morning services.
- We will observe The Lord’s Supper as part of the evening service.
