I smiled when I saw the message in my inbox. This was an email I’d been wanting all year. It came from African Enterprise in Malawi. I sped through the note and clicked on the attachment. Photos spilled out. In them, African men with suits and ties stand smiling. Officials exchange ceremonious handshakes. Students dressed in school uniforms sit attentively on the ground watching. Some pictures show men giving speeches…

Each week this summer in WOW (Wide Open World), Tenth kids are focusing on a different country where one of our global partners works. Students are sent home with a sheet profiling our partner and his work and another sheet helping them connect to that country’s culture. We encourage families to pray specifically for the partner family of the week and to help their children further explore. This

All that was left were gaping holes in the ground. For Phereni’s six hundred students, school attendance is almost impossible. It has been five…

At Easter we celebrate Jesus’s resurrection which means death has been defeated and God is going to mend our broken world, making all things new. We herald that news by reaching out in the name of Christ to those who are suffering. That's where the Easter Sacrifical Offering (ESO) comes in. Through giving generously to ESO we link arms with brothers and sisters in other parts of the world and

Voice, converse, communicate, confer, natter, chatter—we’ll do all those things and more at our upcoming Tenth Talks, local events that combine food and dialogue with fellow Tenth attenders. This is your chance to meet the elders and deacons who provide pastoral care in your neighborhood and engage in a friendly give-and-take with Liam and other leaders.

Phil Kirkland, Tenth Global Partner, just boarded a plane in Greece. He’s one of many partners headed to Tenth for our Global Outreach Conference 2013: Europe & the Persistent Lover. This next week many of our global partners will be speaking at small groups. The intimate small group setting gives you a chance to hear more personally from global partners and to dialogue with them about their work and…
