Unscripted: Conversations on Faith & Life

Unscripted: Conversations on Faith & Life is a monthly opportunity to directly address a question or objection to the Christian faith. Each conversation lasts about an hour, includes light food and drink, a brief talk introducing the topic for the evening, followed by discussion and an opportunity to ask questions.

The Jesus Story

The Jesus Story is a monthly opportunity to investigate the claims the Bible makes about Jesus Christ. On the third Tuesday of the month we will watch a short video and host a conversation that explores questions like:

  • Who is Jesus?
  • Why did Jesus die?
  • How can God accept us?

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored gives you time and space to think through who Jesus is and why it matters. Join us for four weeks at the pub as we pour over one of the earliest accounts of Christianity (the gospel of Mark) to see what it says about life's most basic questions. You are welcome to come for any or all of the sessions.

Each class includes appetizers and drink, a brief talk, followed by discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. Please register below.

Same Sex Attraction & the Christian

Join us for an open forum discussion on same sex attraction and the Christian with guest speaker Sam Allberry, author of Is God Anti-Gay? Discussion over coffee will follow in Fellowship Hall.

Same Alberry is associate pastor of St. Mary's Maidenhead, in Berkshire, UK, since 2008. Prior to that he worked as the pastor for students at St. Ebbe's Church, Oxford, UK. As one who struggles with same sex attraction (SSA), Sam has wrestled with the implications of the gospel and sexual identity throughout his Christian life. His passion is helping people understand the significance and wonder of biblical truth. He is the author of Is God Anti-Gay?
