A memorial service for John Evans (July 22, 1938 – June 29, 2015) will be held Saturday, October 3, 2:00 PM, at Tenth Presbyterian Church. Dr. Liam Goligher will officiate, with additional participation by Dr. Ken Larter,  Dr. Bruce McDowell, Enrique Leal, Dr. David Apple and soloist Sheryl Woods Olson.​ A reception will follow.​
