Hi, I am a 29 year old Christian seeking one or two roommates to live with me in an apartment in West Powelton. The apartment has three bedrooms and and the total cost is $1200/mo + utilities, meaning the per person cost is $400/mo + utilities when there are three tenants.

– About 1.2 miles to the Art Museum
– About 1 mile to 30th Street Station
– Air conditioning / heating
– Gas stove
– Two shared bathrooms / showers

I go to Risen Christ Fellowship in Germantown and I was living with two men from Freedom Church. One of my roommates was married in October 2022. Since then, my other roommate and I have been paying $600/mo + utitilies. My second roommate is getting married at the end of May, Lord willing, but plans to stay through June. I am looking for one roommate as soon as possible and a second roommate beginning in July.

I really value living with other believers. Jesus died on the cross as our sacrificial substitute to satisfy God’s holy and just wrath against the evil we have committed. He rose again from the dead and by faith in His name we are forgiven of our sin, adopted as God’s children, and we will live with Him forever! I pray Christ is your hope.
