Room available to sublet starting Nov 1 (see below for flexibility) in a charming 3BD/1.5BA graduate hospital (25th&Carpenter) townhome with two lovely female grad students in their 20s! Rent is $600/month plus ~$60-100 utilities (including wifi). We’re a 7 min walk from Heirloom & South Sq grocery stores; 10 min from CVS; 20-25 min from both UPenn and Tenth/Rittenhouse Park.

Our home has high ceilings, a living room with large south-facing windows, granite countertops and new appliances in the kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer and large unfinished basement (storage!!), and a lovely patio. Bedroom has a small closet, window, and can include a twin bed and extra clothing racks if desired.

Truly the most charming part of this home is the roomies: they are gracious, respectful, clean, and musically gifted (voice&piano)- we love to have worship sessions together!

Preference goes to a Christian woman and someone who could take November 1, 2021-June 30, 2022, but we will consider multiple shorter sublets so please inquire.
