We’d love to fill a furnished bedroom & private bath in a lovely, well-maintained 4-bd, 4.5-ba house currently shared by three sisters in Christ. We love using the spacious house to host our small groups for a local church. $700 / month with the year-long lease starting August 1. It’s easily accessible to bus lines & the 46th St train station. We’d expect no pets or male overnight guests, please!
