Interserve is an international, interdenominational community of Christ-followers, creatively and intentionally using their professional skills in holistic ministry among the least-served people of Asia and the Arab World. Our vision is to see lives and communities transformed by encounter with Jesus Christ. The US office is one of 14 national offices working together to mobilize multinational teams.

As Personnel Director, you’ll lead a ten-member team spread across the US as they mobilize and mentor people for God’s global work. You’ll guide strategy sessions on mobilizing professionals for mission. You’ll advise your team as they coach cross-cultural workers through application to overseas service to home assignment, leading and equipping them in providing pastoral care. Drawing from your own cross-cultural experience, you will represent the US office as it works alongside colleagues from 14 nations supporting workers on 30 country teams.
