National Personnel Administrator

Our vision is to see lives and communities transformed by encounter with Jesus Christ. The US office is one of 14 national offices working together to field multinational teams.

As National Personnel Administrator, you’ll track the administrative components for all field staff from their recruitment and placement to their end-of-service details. You’ll help coordinate logistics and schedules, facilitate communication, and manage databases. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes resource for people serving in almost 30 countries, freeing them to focus on ministry.
