Starting August 1st we have one room available in a four bedroom house at 5403 Quentin St. Philadelphia, PA 19128. The house is fully furnished and the bedroom will have a mattress and bed frame available. There is some garage space for storage. The three other tenants are 1st, 2nd, and 4th year medical students. Rent is $475 and utilities are around $100 per month. Utilities include water, gas, electric, internet, and a caretaker maintenance fee.
