My roommate and I have one room available in our three-bed, two-bath apartment on the corner of 17th and Mt Vernon St in Philadelphia and are looking for a third female roommate. The house also has a guest bedroom and back patio. Rent is around $650/mo (water included in rent) and utilities are around $70/mo (wifi, electricity). Ideally, we are hoping to find someone who can move in around July 1.
