The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the mission of the church by supervising administrative staff and managing office operations. She handles the church’s scheduling, including weddings and parking, and oversees publications.

The Website Manager is responsible for building and managing the church’s website and social networking media.

The Administrator is responsible for supporting the mission of the church through the business administration of the church and superintendence of its facilities. The Administrator is directly responsible to the Executive Minister, although guidance in dealing with financial and facilities matters may come from the Trustees. 

The Personal Assistant to the Senior Minister is responsible for supporting the mission of the church by providing assistance to the Senior Minister.

The Parish and Membership Coordinator is responsible to support the church’s mission to be a fellowship of kingdom-minded disciples by providing parish and membership administrative support.

The IT Coordinator supports the mission of the church by coordinating our information technology (IT) consultants and needs.

The Music Administrative Assistant is responsible to help implement the church’s mission to be a fellowship of kingdom-minded disciples and to reach Center City and evangelize Philadelphia by assisting the Music Director with clerical matters related to the music ministry including mailings, databases, and public events.

The Receptionist supports the mission of the church by serving at the front desk greeting all visitors, answering incoming phone calls, and providing other general support.

The Media Coordinator is responsible to help implement the church’s mission to be a fellowship of kingdom-minded disciples and to reach Center City and evangelize Philadelphia by coordinating all sound and video recording and engineering for the church.

The Global Outreach Assistant supports the church’s mission to multiply gospel ministry to the world by acting as liaison between the church and its global partners and raising global awareness and education in the congregation.

The Special Projects Leader of Tenth Presbyterian Church coordinates special projects under the direction of the Minister of Global Outreach and the Senior Minister.
